PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Business Partner to assist in regional HR initiatives, organize engagement programs, and ensure regulatory compliance in Singapore.

You will coordinate with the regional HRBP team, prepare data and reports, and support expatriate operations for ASAO across TWN & KOR markets. The role requires a degree in HR or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience, with strong MS Office skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in facilitating group meetings and managing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and ASAO region practices is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist in content structure, logistics, accommodation, and scheduling for HRBP Regional Team initiatives.
• Consolidate personnel statistics and support monthly reports.
• Assist in compliance audits and advise on findings to ensure regulations.
• Support expatriate operations for Singapore and ASAO region.
• Stay updated on local employment regulations to ensure legal compliance.
• Provide ad-hoc support to General Affairs when needed.
• Undertake HR projects as directed.
