This is a senior leadership position sitting at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. You will take ownership of the regional End User Services (EUS) roadmap, acting as the definitive bridge between corporate business units and global IT. Your mandate is to modernize the digital workplace, optimize substantial IT budgets, and ensure the seamless delivery of next-‑generation productivity technologies.
Core Mandates
- Portfolio Strategy & Financial Control: Direct the entire lifecycle of workplace technology investments. You will forecast regional demand, manage the annual budget, and design service roadmaps that heavily leverage cloud-‑based workspaces, zero-‑trust architectures, and unified communication platforms.
- Enterprise Enablement: Serve as the chief technology liaison for regional business lines. You will translate complex operational requirements into scalable, secure, and intuitive digital tools that actively boost workforce productivity and revenue generation.
- Large-‑Scale Program Delivery: Spearhead major deployment initiatives across APAC. This requires hands-‑on project governance, rigorous financial tracking, and continuous negotiation with international headquarters to secure necessary funding and engineering resources.
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus among senior business leaders and regional IT directors. You will represent the region's interests while ensuring strict adherence to overarching global security and governance standards.
- Team Leadership & Optimization: Mentor a high-‑performing squad of technical specialists. Establish clear, business-‑centric KPIs (focusing on user experience, platform uptime, and cost efficiency) and foster a culture of continuous operational improvement.
What You Bring
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in IT Service Delivery, specifically focusing on Enterprise End User Services within a complex, highly regulated multinational environment (banking, finance, or large-‑scale enterprise preferred).
- Domain Expertise: Deep technical fluency in modern digital workplace ecosystems, including endpoint management (MDM/Intune), zero-‑trust remote access frameworks, and enterprise collaboration suites.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated track record of managing IT budgets, capacity planning, and resource forecasting across multiple business cycles.
- Influencing Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of aligning highly technical engineering teams with non-‑technical business executives. Experience navigating cross-‑cultural corporate environments and collaborating with international headquarters is highly advantageous.
- Credentials: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business. Relevant industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile) or technical credentials (Microsoft 365 Enterprise) are highly regarded.
