Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Senior EUS Leader to plan and drive the End User Services strategy across APAC. You will translate business needs into scalable EUS solutions and coordinate with regional and global teams.

Own the EUS planning lifecycle from demand registration and budgeting through roadmap governance and capacity planning. Lead transformational initiatives, mentor a high‑performing team, and report KPIs on uptime, user satisfaction, and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Advanced degree preferred (MBA).
• 10+ years in IT Service Delivery or End User Services with multinational/regional exposure.
• Deep knowledge of EUC, Microsoft 365, Windows security, zero-trust, collaboration tools, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define EUS service strategy aligned with regional/global standards.
• Own the EUS planning lifecycle from demand to capacity planning and governance.
• Lead transformations, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor EUS professionals and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop relationships with senior executives across regional/global levels.
