Job summary

Charterhouse Asia seeks an experienced End User Computing (EUC) / Digital Workplace leader to shape regional services, strengthen business engagement, and drive transformation across a complex enterprise environment.

You will lead a small team of 3–4 professionals, partner with specialists across technology functions, and translate business requirements into secure, scalable services that deliver measurable value across APAC.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of relevant experience in End User Services, EUC, digital workplace or IT service delivery.
Proven experience leading projects or service improvements within regional or multinational environments.
Strong business engagement skills to translate user feedback into actionable initiatives.
Experience shaping service roadmaps and delivering transformation programmes.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and the end-user technology landscape.
Knowledge of security, governance and change controls in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with APAC business stakeholders and end users to understand needs and feedback.
Assess existing EUC services, identify gaps and propose improvements or new offerings.
Translate requirements into proposals, high-level solutions, and prioritised plans.
Lead EUC transformation projects from discovery to adoption and benefits realisation.
Coordinate specialists and delivery teams to ensure timely, secure delivery.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
Drive change management and user adoption across regional offices.
Ensure services transition smoothly into ongoing operations with governance.
