Eames Consulting Group is guiding a premier financial institution’s Singapore hub through a major modernization of its enterprise technology landscape. This senior leadership role owns the regional End User Services roadmap, bridging business units with global IT to modernize the digital workplace, optimize IT budgets, and ensure the delivery of next-generation productivity technologies.

You will direct lifecycle investments, enable cross-functional collaboration, and lead large-scale programs

Competenze

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in IT service delivery.
Fluency in digital workplace ecosystems: endpoint management (MDM/Intune), zero-trust remote access, and enterprise collaboration suites.
Strong track record of IT budget control, capacity planning and forecasting.
Exceptional communication and negotiation to align technical teams with executives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology/Engineering/Business; ITIL/PMP/Agile or MS 365 Enterprise certs are valued.

Mansioni

Direct the lifecycle of workplace tech investments, forecasting regional demand and designing cloud-based workspaces and unified communications.
Serve as chief tech liaison for regional business lines, translating requirements into scalable digital tools.
Lead large-scale APAC deployment programs with governance and funding negotiations.
Engage senior stakeholders and regional IT directors while upholding global security standards.
Mentor a high-performing team with business-focused KPIs for user experience, uptime and cost efficiency.
