Job summary

Hilti Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Business Development leader focused on a portfolio of Data Center OEM accounts and consultants. You will develop strategy and lead its execution to boost Hilti Data Center solutions across the region, coordinating with the worldwide community.

You will drive multi-level relationships, align regional plans with global teams, and manage the project pipeline while traveling as needed to grow share of wallet and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Business Development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Senior relationship management with C-level clients.
• Capability to manage multi-geography, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Development of regional Data Center OEM accounts/Consultants operating in the Data Center business through account standardization, project specification, sales development and multi-level relationship management with a view of increasing Hilti share of wallet.
• Development of the strategy for the assigned accounts, leading its implementation globally through Hilti counterparts regionally and globally.
• Ownership of the accounts regional project pipeline and proactive build-up with segment teams to drive aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet.
• Bringing market intelligence inputs to the regional and global teams to confirm/update corporate segment strategies.
• Focus on project pipeline irrespective of project and sales location.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the team and company and act as single owner of assigned accounts.
• Responsibilities include traveling abroad when needed.
