Job summary

PHAIDON INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is expanding its data center infrastructure business and seeks a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive growth in Singapore and across SEA/APAC.

This role focuses on early project engagement, market strategy, and building relationships with developers, hyperscalers, and EPCs. You will work with regional leadership, engineering, and sales teams to identify opportunities, monitor market activity, and shape market approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic accounts, market development, or industry engagement.
• Strong understanding of the data center market and project lifecycle.
• Established network across consultants, developers, contractors, operators, or technology vendors.
• Background in electrical infrastructure, critical power, power distribution, switchgear, busduct/busway systems, UPS, or related solutions is highly advantageous.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence opportunities early in the project cycle.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and develop new markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies within the data center sector.
• Identify upcoming projects and monitor market activity across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with developers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, consultants, EPCs, and key industry stakeholders.
• Engage consultants and end-users early to support product specification and market adoption.
• Gather competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends to support business planning.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
• Collaborate closely with regional leadership, engineering, and commercial teams to support business growth.
