Job summary

lapp asia pacific pte. ltd. is seeking an APAC Data Center Industry Manager to drive growth across APAC through strategic customer acquisition and engagement in major projects.

You will develop qualified pipeline, influence specifications, and coordinate cross-country teams to accelerate profitable Data Center growth. The role requires deep Data Center ecosystem knowledge, leadership in business development, and the ability to win strategic projects with End users, EPCs, SI firms, and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center industry or related field.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and opportunity development in B2B sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and opportunity.
• Fluent English; additional Asian language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC Data Center growth strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Identify and engage strategic customers across End users, EPCs, SI firms, design firms and OEMs.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and buyers; lead customer acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Global Key Account Managers to drive major cross-country opportunities.
• Develop account development strategies and target penetration plans.
• Monitor competitors and market positioning; share insights across APAC.
