Job summary

Hilti Singapore seeks a Regional Business Development leader to drive a portfolio of Data Center OEM accounts and consultants. You will craft regional strategies, coordinate with Hilti teams globally, and lead end-to-end execution to grow share of wallet.

You will manage a multi-country project pipeline, build executive-level relationships, and travel as needed to support major deployments and negotiations across Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Business Development or related field.

What\'s the role?

The RBD (Regional Business Development) is leadership role part of the regional Hilti team. As an RBD you will be focusing on a portfolio of Regional Accounts (OEM’s or Consultants) important for the Hilti Data Center business. You will create a strategy and lead its execution to increase adoption of Hilti Data Center solutions. You will also coordinate with the worldwide community associated with these account(s).

What You\'ll Do

• Accountable for the Development of regional Data Center OEM accounts/Consultants operating in the Data Center business through account standardization, project specification, sales development (direct or indirect) and multi-level relationship management with a view of increasing Hilti share of wallet.


• Accountable for the development of the strategy of the assigned accounts, leading its implementation globally through Hilti counterparts regionally and globally.


• Ownership of the accounts regional project pipeline and proactive build-up with segment teams of Hilti capture teams to drive the aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet.


• Responsible for bringing market intelligence inputs to the regional and global teams to confirm and/or update corporate segment strategies.


• Focus on project pipeline irrespective of project and sales location.


• Maintains effective communication throughout the team and company and acts as single owner of assigned accounts.


• Responsibilities includes travelling abroad when needed.

Performance Indicators

• Achieve Standard and Specifications on assigned Account(s) by driving complex sales throughout all project phases.


• Develop Account strategies to maximize Hilti solution penetration and partnership level.


• Drives and/or supports project capture teams


• Achieve Net Sales Plan (if applicable)
