Job summary

Hilti Singapore seeks a Regional Business Development leader to drive a portfolio of Data Center OEM accounts and consultants. You will craft regional strategies, coordinate with Hilti teams globally, and lead end-to-end execution to grow share of wallet.

You will manage a multi-country project pipeline, build executive-level relationships, and travel as needed to support major deployments and negotiations across Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Business Development or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute regional strategies.
• Experience managing senior relationships and multi-geography projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional Data Center OEM accounts and consultants.
• Lead account strategy and global implementation with Hilti teams.
• Own regional project pipeline and drive key milestones.
• Provide market intelligence to regional and global teams.
• Manage multi-geography deals and cross-functional coordination.
• Communicate effectively across the org and with senior stakeholders.
• Travel as needed to support accounts and deployments.
