Qualifications

• Data Center industry experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Data Center, with project lifecycle understanding.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and customer acquisition.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English; additional Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC Data Center growth strategy.
• Identify and engage strategic target customers across value chain.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and buyers.
• Lead customer acquisition with local sales and Global Key Account Managers.
• Develop penetration plans and account development strategies for strategic targets.
• Identify and drive strategic Data Center projects from planning to award.
• Influence technical requirements in favor of LAPP solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources to increase win rates; lead cross-country opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and market positioning; share insights across APAC.
• Develop playbooks and training for APAC Sales teams; establish pipeline and tracking processes.
• Represent LAPP at industry events to generate qualified opportunities.
