Job summary

viseo asia pte. ltd. is seeking an IT project/CRM liaison to bridge regional business needs with global Product Owner and delivery teams. You will own CRM backlog, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and manage data governance across CRM platforms.

In this role you will drive UAT cycles, plan cutovers, and maintain stakeholder communications while ensuring smooth production transitions and post-go-live support across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years IT project/programm management experience, including 2–3 years managing a CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local business liaison for Customer 360 CRM and coordinate regional requirements with global teams.
• Own the Members on CRM backlog and roadmap, prioritise enhancements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as regional IT-Business liaison for CRM migration from Acxiom to C360, coordinating cutover planning and hypercare.
