Job summary

CAPGEMINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Regional CRM Program Manager to lead a multi-year CRM transformation across APAC.

You will establish and operate the regional PMO, drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment among global, regional and local market teams. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams and partners to harmonize CRM processes and support adoption of a global CRM platform across APAC markets, delivering program milestones with clear leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing regional or global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technology leadership.
• Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple countries, priorities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional CRM Program Manager to support a multi-year CRM transformation program across the APAC region. This role will establish and operate the regional Program Management Office (PMO), driving governance, stakeholder alignment, execution management, reporting, and coordination between global, regional, and local market teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, country representatives, and implementation partners to harmonize CRM processes and support adoption of a global CRM platform across APAC markets.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 10 years of program or project management experience.
• Proven experience managing regional or global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across senior business and technology leadership teams.
• Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple countries, priorities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience supporting CRM transformation and commercial excellence programs.
• APAC regional program management experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders across Japan and North Asia.
• Korean language proficiency would be advantageous for supporting regional stakeholder engagement.
