NES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Market Engagement Lead – APAC to bridge global programme teams with regional business stakeholders and ensure successful deployment of Veeva Vault CRM across APAC.

You will partner with the Global End-to-End Lead on Application and Integration workstreams, drive rollout across markets, and coordinate cross-country delivery. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on SIT/UAT planning, and the ability to align business, IT, governance, and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault CRM deployments regionally/global.
• Proven CRM transformation and large-scale deployment experience.
• Experience across multiple APAC countries and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery.
• Hands-on SIT, UAT, go-live planning and post‑deployment support.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Global E2E Lead on Application and Integration workstreams.
• Drive deployment and rollout of Veeva Vault CRM across APAC markets.
• Act as Regional Delivery Lead coordinating across countries and functions.
• Identify localization requirements to meet country-specific needs.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream squads to resolve integration issues.
• Lead SIT, UAT, business readiness and go-live activities.
• Facilitate communication between business, technology and programme teams.
