Job summary

Wise is expanding its CRM team in Singapore to lead APAC customer communications. The CRM Manager will own the APAC CRM strategy and implement lifecycle communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messages.

Based in Singapore with semi-annual travel to London for CRM planning, you will work with Product, Marketing Tech, Analytics, UX Research and Product Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class customer communications.

Qualifications

• Mid-level CRM experience in APAC preferred.
• Experience with multi-channel customer communications (email, push, in-app).
• Data-driven segmentation and lifecycle campaign design are required.
• Braze experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Liquid and SQL is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage APAC CRM strategy across lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering & Analytics teams for channel execution.
• Segment business customers with tailored communications and offerings.
• Design and implement lifecycle management strategies to boost engagement and retention.
• Analyse campaigns and optimise based on data insights.
