Dada Consultants Pte Ltd seeks a User Growth Manager to drive regional expansion by building partnerships with local communities, creators, and media channels. This hands-on role blends data-driven strategy with strong relationship-building to shape how the AI product grows internationally.

You will develop tailored growth plans, engage partners across regions, and refine messaging to resonate with local users while leveraging AI tools for market research and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in user growth or creator marketing with proven growth plans.
• Knowledge of social media ecosystems and creator partnership models in at least one major overseas market.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse partners.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for research and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.
• English proficiency; Spanish or Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research user behaviours, product use cases, and social media ecosystems to craft regional growth strategies.
• Identify and engage media outlets, creators, and community leaders; assess fit and maintain relationships.
• Negotiate terms including fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights; coordinate briefs and approvals.
• Refine messaging and content based on local feedback to maximise relevance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to execute regional growth initiatives.
• Analyse KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR and conversions to optimise strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to support market research, drafting, and performance reviews.
