Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a commercial leader to drive the regional growth strategy across Asia and India. You will shape the inbound/outbound playbook, manage pipeline velocity, and coach teams to quantify AI-driven ROI in agentic CX.

You will harmonize Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Ops around a unified GTM approach and develop SDRs/BDRs into next-generation AEs through a structured accelerator program. The role emphasizes cross-functional influence, ownership, and a passion for turning AI

Qualifications

Commercial leadership experience leading outbound or business development teams in B2B SaaS or tech.
Ability to convert regional goals into tactical playbooks, cadences, and measurable revenue outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management to align senior Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders.

Responsibilities

Shape the Regional Growth Strategy for inbound and outbound new business across Asia and India.
Drive pipeline quality and velocity from qualification to milestones, partnering with Account Executives.
Lead an AI-native motion by coaching teams to articulate ROI of agentic CX and quantify automation potential.
Unify Go-To-Market systems by aligning Marketing, Partners, and Sales Operations around a single strategy.
Hire and develop SDRs/BDRs into AEs through AE Accelerator Programme with a focus on discovery, judgment, and executive communication.
