Job summary

Grab is seeking a seasoned Growth & Strategy leader to shape regional user growth across Southeast Asia. You will identify high-impact opportunities across markets, products, and segments, building compelling business cases to guide investment decisions.

You will partner with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics and country teams to influence roadmaps, secure commitment, and set governance for delivery. You will lead a team and leverage GenAI to accelerate analysis and decision quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting and in-house growth or corporate strategy roles.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities by structuring ambiguous problems and developing pragmatic recommendations.
• Led complex cross-functional and multi-market programs from strategy conception through implementation.
• Partnered with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics teams to shape roadmaps and drive commitment.
• Influence senior leaders without direct authority through evidence-based recommendations and trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional user growth agenda by identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities across markets, products, and segments.
• Develop business cases and portfolio recommendations to guide investments in funding, time, and organizational resources.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, and country teams to influence roadmaps and secure commitment.
• Build scalable planning frameworks, governance rhythms, and performance-review mechanisms for effective execution monitoring.
