Job summary

Pacific International Lines is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development for Contract Logistics. You will identify, develop and secure new business across PIL Logistics’ regional markets, delivering warehousing, fulfilment, distribution and end-to-end supply chain solutions for multiple industries.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of regional BD or sales experience in logistics, strong client relations, and the ability to tailor proposals and pricing.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of regional BD or sales experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in contract logistics including warehousing, fulfilment, distribution.
• Ability to develop proposals and pricing models for clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in contract logistics (warehousing, fulfilment, distribution).
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline across regional markets.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and pricing models to potential clients.
• Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to tailor solutions.
• Track KPIs and provide weekly sales updates to management.
