Job summary

DP World, a leading global logistics company, seeks a Senior Director, Business Development, Contract Logistics (SEA) to drive revenue and EBIT targets across Southeast Asia. You will shape the regional BD strategy, win large contracts, and expand relationships with strategic customers.

You will lead the SEA Contract Logistics BD team, collaborate with Solutions Design and Operations, and work with country, regional, and global teams to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of logistics and supply chain industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior Contract Logistics commercial leadership role.
• Proven track record in winning large-scale logistics contracts and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience managing BD Contract Logistics within Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and achieve SEA Commercial revenue and EBIT targets.
• Develop and execute the Contract Logistics BD strategy across Southeast Asia.
• Identify growth opportunities across target industry verticals and markets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Contract Logistics BD team in Southeast Asia.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
