Job summary

Lufthansa Cargo in Singapore seeks a Head of Commercial (Region) to lead the Regional Commercial Team and drive revenue, profitability, and KPI performance across the region.

You will oversee sales planning, budgeting, marketing coordination, network planning, pricing, digitalization, cost management and people leadership, aligning regional activities with global LH targets and ensuring strong market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Economics or Engineering or equivalent
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience in logistics or airline industry
• Good knowledge of commercial processes and LH group organization
• Good knowledge of international airline/logistics industry structures
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Basic German knowledge advantageous but not required
• Advanced MS Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Commercial Team (sales planning, pricing and performance)
• Oversee regional revenue budget and business plan development
• Coordinate regional units and ensure attainment of revenue and KPI targets
• Manage network planning, pricing, load factor optimization and product mix
• Drive digitalization and process improvements across the region
• Represent regional needs in central product development and coordination
• Mentor and develop regional commercial staff
• Ensure adherence to global LH standards and governance
