Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as listed in the requirements.
• 5–8 years of experience in air freight, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Proven track record in business development, revenue growth and key account management.
• Strong knowledge of air logistics, pricing, trade lanes and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Act as product champion and liaise between product, marketing, sales and operations.
• Define and execute business development strategies, including pricing/tariffs.
• Engage with overseas teams to strategize short-, mid- and long-term opportunities.
• Design priorities and targets with a business plan for focus routes.
• Conduct market profiling, competitor research and pricing feedback.
• Share customer insights with pricing to support solutions and quotes.
