Proficiency in data sourcing, analytics, and BI to drive decisions.
Experience leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead regional cargo team to exceed business targets with high-impact strategies.
Analyze market dynamics to craft forward-looking commercial plans.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and industry partners.
Oversee credit risk management and local financial compliance.
Provide actionable market insights to HQ stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
