Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) seeks a senior CMDB/ITAM leader to own regional CMDB governance, standards, and data quality across APAC. You will guide ServiceNow ITAM projects, onboarding, and CI relationship management while coordinating with ITSM, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, CS, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Configuration Management and IT Asset Management.
• Minimum 10 years in ITAM/Configuration Management or IT service management.
• 3–5 years managing CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple teams/locations.
• Experience in KPIs/KRIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Analytical and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to translate data issues into operational risks and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CMDB ownership, govern processes and improvements.
• Own CMDB operating model, standards, and service expectations.
• Align CMDB with enterprise and global frameworks.
• Lead ServiceNow ITAM implementation and data onboarding.
• Drive regional ITAM projects and data quality initiatives.
• Manage CI relationships and mapping with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to analysts and cross-functional teams across APAC.
