APAC CMDB & ITAM Leader

Job summary

GMP Technologies Singapore seeks a seasoned IT Asset and Configuration Management leader to own regional CMDB governance and drive ServiceNow ITAM initiatives across APAC.

You will partner with branch leads and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate mapping of assets, data quality, and measurable risk reduction while mentoring analysts and coordinating vendor delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, deep governance knowledge, and strong analytical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
• 10+ years in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or Service Management.
• Hands-on CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
• Strong knowledge of governance, ITAM, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple teams/locations.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Ability to translate data issues into operational risks and actions.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure services and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own regional CMDB governance, standards, procedures, service expectations, and continuous improvement.
• Lead regional ServiceNow ITAM implementation, including master asset data onboarding and data governance across APAC.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity through data controls and remediation.
• Establish and govern CI relationships across infrastructure, apps, systems, services, and assets.
• Lead the regional CMDB/ITAM function, guide analysts, and manage vendor teams.
• Collaborate with APAC branch leads and cross-functional teams to address regional requirements and improve service delivery.
• Drive CMDB standards adoption, awareness, and training across APAC.
• Establish KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and management reporting to monitor data quality and risk.
