Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior CMDB and ITAM leader to govern the regional CMDB operating model and drive standardisation across APAC entities. You will oversee ServiceNow ITAM implementations, data onboarding, and ongoing data quality controls to ensure accurate CI data and service mappings.

The role requires deep expertise in CMDB governance, ITAM processes, and cross-location coordination with ITSM, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and EA teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Asset Management or Service Management.
• 3–5 years managing CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, and IRE.
• Strong CMDB governance and data quality controls.
• Experience leading ServiceNow ITAM implementations across multiple entities.
• Experience establishing CMDB controls and KPIs/CRIs.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure services and asset-to-service mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the CMDB operating model and standards.
• Lead regional ServiceNow ITAM implementation and data onboarding.
• Maintain CMDB data quality controls, monitoring, and remediation.
• Define and govern CI relationships, asset-to-service mapping, and dependencies.
• Oversee CMDB/ITAM operations, vendor delivery, and milestones.
• Coordinate with ITSM, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and EA to standardise processes.
