Job summary

SMBC Group is seeking a senior ITCMDB professional to lead regional CMDB ownership and governance. You will define operating models, standards, and roadmaps, aligning CMDB with enterprise frameworks across APAC.

You will drive ServiceNow ITAM implementation, data onboarding, and master data governance, ensuring data quality and regional readiness for deployments. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CMDB ownership by governing configuration management processes, standards and continuous improvement.
• Act as regional owner for CMDB and configuration management operating process.
• Define CMDB operating model, standards, procedures, service expectations and improvement roadmap.
• Align CMDB capability with enterprise and global frameworks.
