Job summary

Unifocus is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Success Manager to join our growing Client Experience team. You will cover clients in the Middle East and Asia, ensuring they derive value from the Unifocus platform and guiding their onboarding through ongoing operations.

You will nurture relationships, drive renewals and upsells, collaborate with Sales and Implementation, and may deliver training. Fluent English and another language (Mandarin preferred) are expected, with ability to work

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling into the hospitality industry or a background in hospitality.
• Fluent in English and proficient in a second language (Preferably Mandarin).
• Excellent people skills with ability to build relationships and understand client use cases.
• Prior experience as a Client Success Manager or Client Experience Manager for SaaS solutions.
• Experience with upselling, renewals, and uplift negotiation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Client Success CRM tools.
• Experience leading small teams to achieve targets.
• Able to work with large, complex clients.
• Flexible in a dynamic and growing business.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients to the Unifocus platform and ensure smooth transition to ongoing support.
• Monitor client health and drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
• Advise clients as a trusted advisor and share best practices.
• Drive adoption, renewals and upsell opportunities with assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams and sometimes deliver training.
