Job summary

Unifocus is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to cover clients in Middle East and Asia. You will enable clients, drive value realization, and identify upsell opportunities while partnering with Sales and Implementation teams.

As a technical CSM, you will cultivate strong client relationships, guide onboarding, monitor health, and advocate for client needs. The role emphasizes proactive engagement and customer advocacy within a dynamic hospitality-focused SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling into hospitality industry is required.
• Fluent in English with a proficiency in a second language (Mandarin preferred).
• Excellent people skills and relationship-building ability.
• Prior experience as a Client Success/Experience Manager in SaaS.
• Experience managing upsell, renewals and uplift negotiations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Ability to lead small teams and collaborate with sales.
• Experience with large, complex clients.
• Adaptable in a dynamic, growing business.
• Able to deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Collaborates with sales to understand client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure successful adoption of the Unifocus platform.
• Monitor client health and drive retention, satisfaction, and renewal opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor, sharing best practices and value realization.
• Drive client retention and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Develop and present client-focused demonstrations and trainings as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to prioritize initiatives based on client feedback.
