Job summary

BNF Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive business development professional to expand our regional customer base in the gas, ISO tank, and related services. You will identify new markets, open doors and turn conversations into long-term accounts while coordinating with technical teams on proposals.

You will travel within Singapore and the region, present our offerings, build tenders with operations, and hand over wins to the sales team, shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in industrial gases, marine, LNG or oil and gas.
• A self-starter who is comfortable approaching new contacts.
• Strong presentation, proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Clear communication in English; other regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research new customers and markets in Singapore and the region.
• Make first contact, run meetings and present BNF's gases, ISO tanks, cylinders, testing and gas services.
• Build proposals and tenders with our operations and testing teams.
• Negotiate terms and hand new accounts over smoothly to the sales team.
• Represent BNF at industry events and trade shows.
• Track leads, pipeline and market insights, and report on progress.
