You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage tender budgets, and travel as needed to meet client needs while maintaining the company’s high standards of safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemistry preferred).
• 5+ years in industrial activities (operations, maintenance) or related project management.
• Experience in proposal engineering or technical project management.
• Strong financial acumen for cost estimation and tender budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting to identify new opportunities and expand business with existing customers in Singapore.
• Define account strategies and market plans to promote AL solutions and drive growth.
• Serve as technical contact for complex customer inquiries and provide advice.
• Coordinate proposals compliant with industry and company standards.
• Design technical and commercial offers with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support risk assessments, define project scopes, and provide inputs for safe solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
• Oversee budgets and profitability with internal execution teams.
• Collaborate with onsite operations to anticipate customer needs and monitor competitors.
