Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (part of Spirax Group) is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Singapore region. You will maintain and grow sales in the F&B sector, establish direct customer operations, and expand the sales network while providing technical guidance.

The role requires 4-5 years in BD/sales within Fluid Handling, strong English writing/reading skills, and the ability to travel nationally. Hybrid work arrangement in Singapore with potential regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Formal relevant engineering qualifications or strong business background.
• Hunter / Farmer mindset to proactively seek out new sales leads.
• Experience in Fluid Handling industry (Pumps) and worked actively with the F&B & Industrial Sector.
• Proficient in both English writing and reading competencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions sales in F&B and Industrial sectors in Singapore.
• Establish direct customer sales operations in the assigned territory and manage key relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, provide optimal equipment recommendations, and grow market share.
• Coordinate customer trainings, attend exhibitions, and feed back product improvements.
