Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support sales and account management activities for customers in Singapore and regional markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, business partners, and suppliers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and support business development activities.
• Participate in customer visits, meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Travel overseas as required to support customer engagement, supplier visits, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Gradually take ownership of assigned customer accounts and regional responsibilities.
