VDL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment in Singapore. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers to secure top talent.

You will handle high-volume hiring, ensure fair employment practices, manage work pass applications, and maintain accurate recruitment records while contributing to employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• Experience in handling high-volume recruitment is preferred.
• Strong capability in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good understanding of Fair Employment Practices and local guidelines.
• Knowledge on ATS (Workable) will be advantageous.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge in work pass applications and administration.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring compliance, quality of hire, and timely delivery.

Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent that meets the organizational needs. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, as well as managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
