Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month contract with a leading Technology client in Singapore. You will manage pipelines, engage stakeholders, and drive innovative sourcing strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.

Key responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, collaborating with HR and hiring managers, and ensuring a great candidate experience. Experience with sourcing tools and Hindi language is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with research and sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders and cross-level communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience in India market and Hindi language proficiency.

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for 12 months cotaract role with one of our leading Technology clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e: Agencies).
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
• Ensuring a great candidate experience for all candidates in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) -
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Adept to coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience in India market and hands on experience in managing stakeholders in India as well knowledge of Hindi to speak with stakeholders.
