Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Recruiter for a 12-month contract role with a leading technology client in Singapore. You will manage and build candidate pipelines via sourcing, screening, referrals and outreach to engage top talents.

You will develop a holistic understanding of the business and partner with HR, hiring managers and external agencies. The role requires strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn), excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze data to support business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Job description

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Recruiter for 12 months contract role with one of our leading Technology clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
• Ensuring a great candidate experience for all candidates in the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Experience in India market and hands on experience in managing stakeholders in India as well knowledge of Hindi to speak with stakeholders.
