The role requires hands-on, process-driven delivery, effective sourcing across portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases, and the ability to meet SLA timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end contract recruitment across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• MSP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract roles across multiple business functions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.
• Handle recruitment across diverse skill sets including corporate functions, legal, finance, risk, etc.
• Guide and mentor recruitment team for timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and delivery-focused Recruitment Professional with strong experience in Contract recruitment.

The ideal candidate will behands-on, process-oriented, and experienced in working within fast-paced recruitment while delivering high-quality talent within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract roles across multiple business functions.
