Job summary

VQ PRO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Singapore to source, screen, and place candidates for internal hires while handling job postings, hiring administration, and onboarding support.

You will build relationships with candidates and clients, manage interview coordination, issue offers, and assist with onboarding and visa matters as needed. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Local diploma or degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable calling and reaching out to candidates.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain candidate and client records in the recruitment system/CRM.
• Post job ads on portals, company site, and social media.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Meet monthly placement or hiring targets.
• Assist with work pass or visa matters, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Liaise with clients or hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Keep candidate and client records updated in the recruitment system/CRM.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Meet monthly placement or hiring targets.
• Post job advertisements on job portals, company website, and social media.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation scheduling).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee/recruitment files and records.
• Assist with work pass or visa application matters, if applicable

Minimum requirements

• Local diploma or degree inHuman Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
