Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Recruiter for a 12-month contract role with a leading technology client in Singapore. You will manage and build candidate pipelines via sourcing, screening, referrals and outreach to engage top talents.

You will develop a holistic understanding of the business and partner with HR, hiring managers and external agencies. The role requires strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn), excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze data to support business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build pipelines via sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches.
• Develop holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships (HR, hiring managers, external partners).
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
