PeopleLAKE Group is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant in Singapore. With 5–7 years of experience in a 360-degree role, you will drive business development and talent sourcing while building trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

This position offers work-from-home flexibility and an attractive commission structure. We require CEI certification and Singapore Citizen or PR status (no work permit sponsorship).

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience (must have experience in 360-degree role).
• Proven track record in business development and candidate sourcing.
• Certified Recruiter – Must possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities.
• SG citizen or PR - we are not able to sponsor work permit, hence, candidate must be either SG citizen or PR.
