Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR landscapes across industries and talent markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) and work authorization in Singapore.

• Conduct initial assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, coordinating between clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices to add value to the recruitment process.

Requirements
