Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, contacts and market intelligence to generate qualified leads and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Pitch recruitment solutions to clients, negotiate terms of business, and win new job orders.
• Own the full hiring lifecycle from job intake and headhunting to candidate assessment, interviews, and placement.
• Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce challenges and advise on market trends.
• Build robust networks through direct headhunting, database mining, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry mapping.
• Manage the offer process, bridge expectations between clients and candidates, and handle counteroffers.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal standards.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

• Core Skills: Proven track record in both business development (client acquisition) and candidate sourcing.


• Sales Performance: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs.


• Traits: Highly driven, self-motivated, and possessed of excellent communication skills.
