You’ll work closely with clients and candidates, managing recruitment processes from job qualification through to successful placement. You’ll spend your time understanding hiring needs, engaging talent, building relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business objectives.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through a variety of channels.
• Provide consultative advice and market insights to both clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within your assigned market or specialisation.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Deliver a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Consistently achieve recruitment, delivery, and business performance objectives.

• Prior experience within a recruitment agency environment in Singapore.
