• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, including direct sourcing and headhunting.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview and selection process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Discuss salary expectations, employment terms, and benefits with selected candidates, and facilitate the offer process.
• Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment databases, and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
