Job summary

ManpowerGroup Singapore is seeking a skilled Recruiter to drive permanent recruitment from brief to placement, partnering with clients on hiring priorities and talent challenges across functions and industries.

You will source and assess candidates, build strong networks, manage interviews and onboarding, and deliver a high-quality experience while developing long-term relationships with credibility and market knowledge.

• Prior experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority
• Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding businesses, hiring needs and talent markets
• Meticulous and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously
• A genuine interest in people and making the right candidate-organisation match
• Driven, resilient, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
