ST VENTURE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination, and work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced recruitment business located near Ubi.

Qualifications

• Some relevant field preferred.
• Passion in recruitment and sales driven.
• CEI Certificate is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle of the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview arrangement).
• Sourcing of new clients (cold calling) and servicing existing client.
• Review and filter applications, conduct phone/face-to-face interviews.
• Make regular calls or visits to clients/ HR, gather feedback and ensure good customer satisfaction.
