ROYAL OCEAN MARINE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a recruitment specialist to build a full recruitment strategy and meet hiring targets in Singapore.

You will liaise with internal departments, source candidates across portals and media, screen applicants, and conduct interviews. The role emphasizes meticulous, persistent, and responsible handling, with training provided for non-experienced candidates and flexible working options.

Formación

• CEI and experience in employment agencies preferred.
• Meticulous, persistent and responsible.
• Willing to learn and perform outbound calling.
• Training provided for candidates with no experience.
• Flexible working hours and work-from-home options; mature workers welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Build full recruitment strategy to meet hiring targets.
• Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Source candidates through online portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, and print media when required.
• Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails; facilitate pre-interview assessments.
• Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Document processes and maintain good relationships with candidates and past applicants.
• Develop hiring strategies and procedures aligned with industry trends.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
• Support hiring managers in defining needs and specifying requirements.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
• Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
• Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prefer to have CEI and experience in employment agencies
