Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Liaise with clients to understand their hiring requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules and support recruitment operations
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, candidates records and reporting
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification. Higher Nitec candidate will require to have at least 1 year of working experience.
• CEI is a must
• Confident, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Results-oriented with a focus on timely delivery and accountability
• Mature mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Fresh graduates or individuals without experience are also encouraged to apply. Structured coaching will be provided if necessary.

Experienced Consultants may be offered Managerial/Team Lead opportunities.
