TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.

You will source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture and other channels, understand clients' hiring needs, conduct interviews and onboarding, and develop expertise across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong interest in people and business development.
