You will source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture and other channels, understand clients' hiring needs, conduct interviews and onboarding, and develop expertise across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong interest in people and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture and other channels.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments and career discussions.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding with clients and candidates.
• Develop expertise across different sectors.
